Introduction
This is one of the most versatile applications in Mexico. It allows you to make payments at establishments, pay for services, request loans, pay off credits to Banco Azteca, and purchase items through its platform. It also has an entertainment section where you can watch movies, live TV, and listen to music.
Problem Breakdown
The challenge in designing the restaurant interaction interface lies in creating a seamless, intuitive experience that allows users to easily browse menus, search for specific dishes, and customize their orders while presenting essential restaurant details clearly. The system must ensure that the order flow is simple and efficient, from selecting items to confirming the order, with a secure and straightforward payment and checkout process.
Brainstorming
During the brainstorming phase, the team began by creating wireframes to map out the layout and structure of the restaurant interaction interface. These wireframes helped visualize the user journey, including key screens. In parallel, the color palette was carefully selected based on the brand’s identity, aiming to create a visually cohesive design that aligned with the brand’s values while also being aesthetically appealing and user-friendly. This initial design work provided a clear foundation for further development and refinement of the app's interface.
Features Developed
The platform offers key features such as searching for delivery options, finding specific businesses, and enabling location tracking. Users can explore various delivery methods, locate businesses easily, and get real-time location updates for accurate delivery estimates, all aimed at enhancing convenience and efficiency.
Retrospective
By offering flexible delivery choices, easy business searches, and location tracking, the platform has enhanced usability. To continue improving, efforts should be directed toward better filtering tools and more precise location tracking for users in remote areas.
